No "change of mind" returns: Once your order is processed, returns or refunds based on a change of mind or incorrect selection are not permitted.

Faulty or damaged goods: If an e‑bike is faulty, damaged (not due to misuse), significantly differs from its description, or doesn’t perform as promised—you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund, under Australian Consumer Law.

Return process: You must contact info@manlybikes.com.au within 7 days of delivery or pick-up. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, photos or a video, and a detailed description of the issue. The bike must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts included. Return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
